ZTTO Gravel Bike/ Road bike Hydraulic Flat mount Disc Brake
Mechanical Wire And Hydraulic Brake
brake wire pulls the main piston, and the main piston hydraulically drives the two sub-pistons. so you can use the old shifter to upgrade disc brake for your bike.
CNC made, weight :
310g (Front and rear brake)
116g(140 Steel Disc)
85g (140 floating disc)
115g (160 cooling disc)
Upgrade! New version
In response to the shortcomings of the first version, we have made improvements. Now the piston is more sensitive, the oil circuit design is more balanced, and we have also reduced the price by reduce unnecessary design.
The new version uses metal pads and high strength steel disc as standard setting .
140 and 160 compatible
In the new version, we have redesigned the appearance so that it can be compatible with 140 and 160 at the same time by the same adapter
what's the different between old and new ?
The new version is an improved version of the old, which mainly optimizes the piston and oil circuit design. Changed to metal pads, no heat sink, because it is not needed, the metal pads have strong resistance to heat, and the disc is changed to a more cost-effective style , Of course if you need luxury configuration, you can choose floating disc even cooling disc.
Flat mount for Road bike
Do not buy it wrong, it's different from MTB brake ! please check the size first.
Sometimes we receive some questions like this : Is it hydraulic or mechanical?
Both. The brake is filled with mineral oil. brake wire pulls the main piston, and the main piston hydraulically drives the two sub-pistons.
Flat mount compatible
Fit for most of road/ gravel bike ,
Front 70mm mount / Rear 34mm mount
Original metal pads
It's ready for a long downhill. After upgrading to disc brakes, no matter how you use the brakes, you don’t need to worry about rim damage.
Easy to find replacement parts
Using common pads ,same as E5/E7/DB1/DB5/Level T/
Light weight brake system
310g (front and rear brake)/ 117g(Rotor)
the whole brake system only about 50g heavier than the common C caliper, but in exchange for stronger braking force and no need to worry about the brakes overheating
Optional Floating Disc and Cooling Disc
Good brakes also need good rotors, this rotors combination of hardened aluminum alloy and high-strength steel. Not only looks good, but also achieves excellent performance such as light weight, high strength, and good heat dissipation.
